Churchill | Lollipoppers | WCRS

A great campaign to work on, 'Ohhh Yeessss' (sorry for the pun) for Churchill, Frank PR and WCRS London. I spent the day shooting the campaign stills, with Robert Webb and Churchill the Dog, and behind the scenes while the filming took place. To see all the images click here.

Wembley Park | The Color Run 2015

Before anyone says anything I know I have spelt 'Color' without a 'u' but it's originally an American event so it's spelt the American way.I love covering this event for Wembley Park, as the atmosphere is amazing and people love having their picture taken, some even demand it!

More images from this event can be seen here - www.chriswinter.co.uk/the-color-run

Financial Times | House and Homes

I've been commissioned by The Financial Times over the last 6 months to photograph for House & Homes.

I love property and love to see inside people's houses and look at how they have styled their homes, combine this with shooting a few portraits and you have a great day.

The properties ranged from a lovely house in the Barbican, a millionaire art collectors mansion to a Tower of London residence.

Jean-Christophe Novelli | Specsavers

Here is the editorial I shot a couple of months ago for the spring/summer Specsavers hearing magazine.

Jean-Christophe was a lovely guy and very patient over the day, especially with numerous clothing and set up changes. It was a great day in a beautiful apartment, tasty food and awesome crew.

Mini Moves | Specsavers

Here are the Mini Moves, Got to Dance finalists 2013, shot for Specsavers at the Royal Opera House ahead of their performance at the Spectacle Wearer of the Year event.

These girls were fantastic to work with, full of energy and up for jumping around which made for some great images.

I have posted an edit of this image on my blog before but this is the final edit.

I am pleased to announce Sir Ranulph's portrait has been acquired by the National Portrait Gallery, London, for their collection.

Charlie Mullins | Pimlico Plumber

Charlie Mullins founder of Pimlico Plumbers. Charlie Mullins founder of Pimlico Plumbers.

My blog posting has been very quite due to a heavy workload but I've decided to start 2013 with the cover shot and part of the article on Charlie Mullins, the founder of Pimlico Plumbers, for Sage Solutions business magazine.

Charlie was a lovely guy and while we got ready for the cover shot he stood chatting with  a cuppa, it made for a great shot!

The article layout gives a behind the scenes look at my lighting set up for this shoot. As you can see power is always an issue when shooting on location and I use a lot of Elinchrom Ranger and Quadra gear with various modifiers.

Sir Ranulph Fiennes | The Coldest Journey

On 6th December, a team of explorers led by Sir Ranulph Fiennes will set off from London on the world's first ever attempt to cross the Antarctic in winter.

The 2000-mile journey has for many years been considered too perilous to try and the group will have to overcome one of earth's most hostile environments if they are to succeed, exposing themselves to temperatures as low as -80c and operating in near permanent darkness.

A winter traverse of the Antarctic is widely regarded as the last true remaining polar challenge and the expedition's success will reassert Britain's status as the world's greatest nation of explorers.

A fund-raising initiative will run side-by-side with the expedition with the aim of raising $10m for Seeing is Believing to help fight blindness around the world.

Having never been attempted, the expedition will also provide unique and invaluable scientific research that will help climatologists, as well as forming the basis for an education programme that will reach up to 100,000 schools across the Commonwealth.
